## Native app

Scanning, previews and archive validation run locally. The app has no file uploads. Optional App Health foreground-session heartbeats are disabled unless you configure a valid per-user native public key. Heartbeats contain a temporary session identifier and active state, with no user or device identity, events, logs, filenames or scan details. Sparkle checks an HTTPS update feed and downloads updates when you choose to install them.

## Files you export

Session exports can contain prompts, replies and recognized session details. Review an archive before sharing it. Originals remain until a separate confirmed cleanup.

## This website

App Health and Microsoft Clarity measure website page visits, traffic sources, interaction patterns and download-button clicks. Anonymous browser identifiers recognize repeat visits. These website analytics do not receive disk contents or native app activity. Download counts do not prove installation or use. Hosting requests can include ordinary connection data. AI-assistant links open a question about the public product when clicked and do not attach local files.

## Email updates

The optional newsletter uses SaaS Maker and asks for explicit consent before submitting your email address. You can unsubscribe through any newsletter email. Newsletter forms do not send scan details or local files.

## Product boundaries

- macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon; no Intel build
- No deletion during a scan; Trash is not automatically emptied
- Allocated bytes do not guarantee reclaimed space
- Context estimates are not full runtime-context measurements
- Session archives are lossy reading exports, not resumable backups
