The public beta is a signed and notarized universal build for macOS 14 or later, free during early access. A diagnostic report distinguishes measured signals from a confirmed cause; it cannot explain every slowdown. See release status.

What is not in this beta
Guaranteed root-cause identification, raw fan or GPU monitoring, remote port scans and cloud agent sessions.
